Quote 2 Insure uses a quote engine which supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard (meaning that it cannot be ‘intercepted’ across the web) encryption technology to encrypt sensitive information such as your financial details. When you request a quotation from us, we will process the data on a secure server.

Use of your Information

Your information will be used for a number purposes, including quotations, claims handling, complaints and general administration of your policy. We will also advise you about services which may be of interest to you, by post, telephone or email.

Retrieving your details securely online

Your details are protected by use of others. Only you are able to retrieve quotation and policy documents. To retrieve your quotation details, you will be requested to complete various personal details to access your information, these include; Date of birth, quote reference number and email address. To retrieve your policy documents online, you will have a username and password. This will be provided by ourselves and will be unique to you.

Obtaining Your Information

You can write to us at any time to obtain details of the information we hold about you. We will require a charge of £10.00 which is in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998 which entitles us to charge for this information. This is payable be cheque to Quote2Insure.
